Our mission at Enterprise is to make home and community places of pride, power and belonging. The Healing-Centered Community Development Framework guides practitioners through principles, strategies and tools to achieve this goal. Readers will learn how to apply a healing-centered approach to the work of community development  and how to begin incorporating this approach in their own work. Community development practitioners and stakeholders will be prompted to think about what strengths and skills they already have, identify gaps, and have access to principles to guide them and strategies to use in order to increase positive impact for the residents they serve.

The development of this framework was made possible thanks to the generosity of The Kresge Foundation.
