Group Medical Care Health Care
Enterprise offers eligible employees three different medical plan options. Two plans are National BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) PPO plans that offer employees the freedom to choose their health care providers and One plan is an In-Network only plan.
- EPO offers employees a managed care plan at the lowest per pay premiums with coverage in network-only.
- Standard Option offers employees comprehensive, quality medical coverage at affordable prices.
- High Option offers a richer plan at a slightly higher cost. All plan options include a Prescription Drug Plan.
Enterprise provides additional support by paying nearly 80% of the cost of group medical care for employees and their families. Enterprise is also proud to offer benefits to trans and gender non-conforming employees and their qualified domestic partners. Our plans also offer many specialized programs for your overall well-being; such as health management and coaching, weight management, smoking cessation, diabetes care management, pregnancy management, and financial well-being.
Enterprise offers two dental options through MetLife Dental, one of the nation's largest dental carriers. Under both options, employees have the freedom to visit any licensed dentist of their choice.
Enterprise offers eligible employees a comprehensive vision care program through EyeMed, one of the nation's largest providers of vision coverage.
Enterprise provides all benefits-eligible employees with coverage through Teladoc. Teladoc is a national network of U.S. board-certified doctors available on-demand via either telephone or video conference 24/7/365 to diagnose, treat and prescribe medication, if necessary, for many of your medical issues. It’s quality care when you need it at no cost to you.
MetLaw Group Legal
Enterprise offers our employees the opportunity to purchase pre-paid legal advice and services. This plan allows access to a network of attorneys for both in-person and phone consultations for a variety of needs; such as Estate planning, Real estate matters, Elder law, Identity management, Traffic offenses and Civil suits.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit provides the option for out-of-pocket health care costs or to pay for dependent care expenses while reducing the employee's taxable income.
- Maximum calendar year contribution to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account is $2,750
- Maximum calendar year contribution to a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is $5,000 ($2,500 if the employee is married and files a separate tax return).
Time Off From Work
Vacation earnings are based on years of service. During the first year an employee receives up to 10 days of paid vacation (prorated, based on date of hire). Employees receive 15 days their second year and third year and 20 days at four-plus years. A maximum of ten days may be carried over from one calendar year to the next.
Personal leave allows employees to attend to matters of personal importance during normal working hours. Employees are allowed up to two personal days per year. Personal leave does not accrue from year-to-year.
Our progressive and inclusive family leave policies offer: 12 weeks of paid time-off for mothers, fathers, and adoptive and foster parents; six weeks of paid time-off for caregivers to care for dependent family members with qualified illnesses; and financial support to employees who are growing their families through adoption, surrogacy and foster care.
Enterprise allows their full-time employees up to 10 days off for illness annually. Sick leave may also be used to care for an immediate family member’s illness. Sick leave does not accrue from year-to-year.
Employees receive 10 company paid holidays each year.
Income Protection & Retirement
Basic Life Insurance and AD&D
Enterprise provides eligible employees with life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. This insurance plan affords financial protection for employee's beneficiary(ies) by paying a benefit amount of two times the employee's basic annual earnings.
Business Travel and Accident Insurance
Enterprise provides eligible employees life and AD&D insurance up to $200,000 while traveling on company business.
Long-term disability insurance is intended to lessen the financial impact of a disability. It provides income to eligible employees who are absent for more than 180 days due to a non-occupational accident or illness. The plan provides 60 percent of an employee's base annual salary up to a maximum monthly benefit of $8,000. The benefit may be reduced by other sources of income and disability earnings. Enterprise pays the full cost of this coverage.
Enterprise provides eligible employees with short-term disability income protection for up to six months. This fully-funded benefit replaces lost income should an employee miss work for an extended period due to a non-occupational accident or sickness. These benefits vary between 100 percent and 60 percent of pay depending on the employee's length of service.
Voluntary Group Universal Life Insurance
This is portable life insurance protection provided through The Reliance Standard Group Life Insurance Company. An employee may purchase coverage in $10,000 increments of up to a maximum of $500,000. Employees may also purchase coverage for spousal life insurance for half the amount of employee coverage and up to a maximum of $250,000. Employees may also purchase Child life insurance for $10,000.
All eligible employees may elect to immediately participate in the Enterprise 401(k) plan and save pre-tax dollars up to the maximum allowed by IRS. Enterprise matches 50 percent of the employee’s first 6 percent of contributions after one year of employment. Enterprise also annually provides eligible employees a defined pension benefit of 3 percent of earnings up to the Social Security wage base and 6 percent of earnings above the Social Security wage base.

Enterprise provides employees and their families with a free, confidential assistance program to help resolve problems that affect their personal lives and job performance. The program provides assessment, referral and short-term counseling for a variety of problems including legal consultations and referral services.
Flexible Work Arrangements
Enterprise supports flex-time and alternative work arrangements to assist employees in sustaining a productive work-life balance.
We encourage employees to continue their education by providing financial assistance for courses that are job-related. Enterprise provides up to $5,250 in assistance for both tuition and books.

Certain benefits described may be purchased with pre-tax deductions as permitted by Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. When employees purchases benefits with pre-tax deductions, they reduce their taxable income, so fewer taxes are taken out of their paycheck, providing more spendable income than if the same deductions were taken on an after-tax basis. Eligible pre-tax deductions include:

- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Retirement plan contributions
