Tracy Dutson

Associate Director, Rural Housing

Tracy Dutson is an associate director of rural housing on Enterprise's Rural Communities team. In this role, he will lead efforts to expand access to quality, affordable homes, cultivate partnerships with local and national stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance, technical assistance, and policy support to advance sustainable development.

With more than 20 years of experience, Tracy has a deep and diverse background in affordable housing development. He previously served as managing partner of Tin Can Development and held a position at the Housing Assistance Council. He also brings a hands-on understanding of affordable housing funding sources, including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Private Activity Bonds, Community Development Block Grants, and HOME funds, as well as state and local funding sources.

Tracy graduated from the University of Utah with a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in economics.
