Tamara Garlow
Tammy Garlow is Vice President, Development with Enterprise Community Partners. In this capacity she oversees the national team responsible for philanthropic fundraising, grant writing and reporting that supports programs across Enterprise’s Solutions, Policy and Community Development teams, while also directly fundraising to support national programs. Tammy and her team also work in partnership with the Operations Management team on securing public funding for programmatic activities.
Tammy joined Enterprise in 2007 as a fundraiser for all West region offices, helping launch Leadership Councils and galas in both California markets. During the past 18 years she has directly supported the development activities for many of Enterprise’s markets and national programs. Tammy’s fundraising career began at the Los Angeles Zoo, where she spent seven years helping advance that institution’s campus-wide master plan. Tammy has a master’s degree in modern English studies from the University of London, and both a master’s in professional writing and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from USC.
