JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Cities often funnel their resources toward reviving commercial corridors and downtown areas, leaving many disadvantaged neighborhoods behind. The resulting challenges affect multiple sectors. Thanks to generous support from longtime partner JPMorgan Chase & Co., we are working to catalyze collaboration among all the stakeholders – government, business and nonprofits – to foster the most effective solutions that ensure the needs of low-income families and their communities are met.
We are working together to develop and implement strategies in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Miami, New Orleans, New York and Seattle to support this inclusive and community-focused development. From helping to minimize displacement resulting from gentrification to assisting cities and counties with the creation of housing plans, the efforts will be driven by collaborative objectives and processes.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has partnered with us for more than three decades, providing both philanthropic and investment resources that have helped build or preserve more than 82,000 well-designed, affordable homes and helped create vibrant communities across the country, especially in low-income areas where greater opportunity for residents is most needed.
