Bank of America
For more than 30 years, Bank of America and its Charitable Foundation have partnered with Enterprise to address the housing and community challenges facing so many low- and moderate-income individuals and families nationwide.
Its recent generous philanthropic contributions are supporting national efforts, as well as projects in Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C. These varied efforts focus on innovating and scaling new financial tools and programs that help create and preserve affordable homes; building the capacity of local community development organizations; advocating for improved policies at the federal, state and local levels; sharing best practices for driving resources to communities; and growing partnerships through knowledge sharing.
Over the decades-long partnership, in addition to supporting policy advocacy efforts and building the capacity of the sector through grants, loans and equity, Bank of America has created and preserved more than 37,000 well-designed, affordable homes in areas where there is a significant need for affordable and secure housing.
We are grateful for its support and enduring commitment to serving communities most in need.
