Ryan Rosoff

Ryan Rosoff is an originations director at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, Enterprise’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndication business. He originates investments primarily with sponsors based in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Ryan brings more than 16 years of experience in underwriting and originating Low-Income Housing Tax Credit investments. He has originated or closed $1.27 billion in equity across 91 affordable housing properties. Before joining Enterprise in 2017, he was the senior project manager of National Equity Fund’s underwriting team.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in real estate and finance from American University.
