Ramon Richards

Ramon Richards is the chief technology officer (CTO) in the COO Group. Ramon is a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and the Strategic Operating Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ramon has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023. As CTO, he leads Global Technology and the Cybersecurity teams. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Ramon was executive vice president and chief information officer at Fannie Mae. In this role, he was a member of the Management Committee and responsible for technology, enterprise data and cybersecurity.

Ramon earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.S. in mathematics from Morehouse College and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
