Lianna Petroski is vice president for Enterprise Community Investment Inc. where she assists in the management of the Conventional Equity program. Lianna oversees the team responsible for underwriting and closing equity investments in affordable and workforce housing, and supports the raising, structuring, and managing of equity funds and investor reporting.
Lianna has been with Enterprise since 2011. Previously, she was a senior underwriter and associate originator with Enterprise’s Housing Credit Investment team from 2011 to 2016, where she was responsible for underwriting, closing and coordinating investor approval of multifamily transactions using federal and state low-income housing and historic tax credits, as well as assisting with acquisitions and managing relationships with developer partners. In this role she closed transactions with a total of more than $225 million in LIHTC equity.
Before joining Enterprise, Lianna spent seven years working for private developers of both affordable and market-rate housing. As a development director she managed planning and design, entitlements, construction budgets and financial projections, contracting, securing construction and permanent financing, and leveraging Housing Credits and local soft subsidy programs.
Lianna received a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy with a concentration in housing.
