Nicole M. García Conde is a senior associate at Enterprise Community Partners, where she supports the Enterprise Advisors team through business process management and technical assistance for initiatives that strengthen community-based organizations, build local capacity, and advance affordable housing and resilience goals across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Nicole held roles with Fundación Borincana and the Vieques Conservation and Historical Trust, where she advanced disaster recovery, energy efficiency, workforce training, community engagement, environmental conservation, and resilience initiatives across Puerto Rico. While in China, she contributed to urban planning initiatives in Tianjin, focusing on the regional economic landscape, urban development, and environmental planning, including early-stage work on the revitalization of the Heping District.

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Tianjin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with an emphasis in Land Use and Planning from the University of Puerto Rico.
