Michelle Rivera Acevedo
Michelle Rivera is a program manager at Enterprise Community Partners, Advisors, where she manages initiatives focused on community development, equitable housing access, and nonprofit capacity building. She supports technical assistance facilitation and oversees the implementation of federally and privately funded programs that advance affordable housing developments across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Michelle spent over a decade as an educator, a foundation that informs her approach to training, community engagement, and capacity building across sectors. She later led the training division at the Puerto Rico Department of Housing’s Recovery Office, where she played a key role in building institutional capacity and supporting the rollout of disaster recovery programs.
Michelle holds a master’s degree in curriculum design and instruction from Universidad Ana G. Méndez and a B.A. in audiovisual communications from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus.
