Michael Rossi

Mike Rossi is a managing director of acquisitions at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, an Enterprise Community Partners affiliate. He originates investments primarily with sponsors based in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Since joining Enterprise in 2010, Mike has closed over $800 million of Low-Income Housing and Historic Tax Credit equity, creating or preserving nearly 5,000 homes.

Mike has an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School (2010) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. He serves on the board of the Illinois Housing Council.
