Typical loans ranged from $20 million to $75 million for 4%, 9%, and "twinned" Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
