Luke Harms

Luke Harms serves as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, where he leads strategic investor engagement and capital raising efforts for proprietary Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) fund investments. In this role, Luke is responsible for managing and deepening investor relationships while driving equity investments that support the development of affordable housing across the country.

With over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate investment, Luke brings a comprehensive perspective to the LIHTC industry. His career has spanned multiple facets of the field—including tax credit equity investment, syndication, asset management, and senior mortgage origination leadership roles. 

Luke has also contributed to the broader affordable housing community through leadership roles, including board service with Impact Community Capital and the Affordable Housing Investors Council.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Ohio State University. A proud Buckeye, Luke lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his family.
