JR Jean Paul is vice president of Operations for the Stabilized Portfolio. This group of primarily suburban properties is scattered across three states and includes the majority of our senior communities.
Mr. Jean Paul has 19 years of real estate and property management experience and prior to joining Enterprise Residential in 2018, her served as the Director of Property Management for a Philadelphia-based nonprofit Property Management and Development Company.
Mr. Jean Paul acquired his MBA from Wilmington University and is a Pennsylvania and Delaware licensed Real Estate Broker. He possesses Tax Credit Compliance (TaCCs), Assisted Housing Manager and HCV Housing Quality Standards Specialist certifications.
