Claire Parisa
Claire Parisa is an originator at Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) covering Northern California and Oregon. She has 11 years of experience in LIHTC syndication, housing finance, and real estate development. Previously, she worked on the acquisitions team for another syndicator, as an associate director at the California Housing Partnership, and as a project manager for the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation. Over her career, Claire has contributed to the creation and preservation of more than 7,000 affordable homes, representing $2B in LIHTC equity.
Claire serves on the faculty of UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design, where she teaches two graduate-level courses on affordable housing finance and development. She also serves on the board of the Northern California chapter of the Women's Affordable Housing Network (WAHN) and is active in local Bay Area housing advocacy.
