Since 1987, Enterprise New York has housed almost 80,000 people and created over 26,000 affordable homes by investing over $1.7 billion in loans, equity and grants. By 2009, we will fulfill our Billion Dollar Promise (PDF, 75K) to create and preserve 15,000 homes for 45,000 low-income New Yorkers by 2009.

The Gotham City Gala supports Enterprise’s work to build decent, affordable housing for New York’s lowest income residents.
