Designers create green spaces at Marcello Manor
Since 1987, Enterprise’s office in New York has:
- Provided affordable homes for roughly 100,000 people
- Created or preserved more than 30,000 affordable homes
- Invested more than $2 billion in loans, equity and grants
Through our Billion Dollar Promise (PDF, 814K), we created or preserved 16,000 affordable homes for 50,000 low-income New Yorkers in five years.
