2024 Rural Rental Preservation Academy

These three sessions will be in person at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis in Minneapolis, MN. We will share more information on the venue, schedule and speakers at a later date. Sessions are scheduled from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM on August 6th and 9:00AM- 12:00 PM on August 7th.  *time subject to change

Day One will focus on funding beyond rural development and Day Two will include discussions on state and national policy efforts to further the preservation of rural rental housing.

The 2024 Rural Rental Preservation Academy is a series of no-cost training and peer learning sessions designed to help rural housing providers and nonprofits acquire and/or preserve USDA Rural Development, HUD 811 and 202, LIHTC and other subsidized and affordable housing in rural communities.
