In 2012, Enterprise joined with consulting partner Abt Associates to provide advisory services to the City of Los Angeles. Working with a broad array of stakeholders, the consulting team helped the city develop and implement the nation’s first transit-oriented, place-based and equitable Consolidated Plan that weaves together housing funding and transit resources. The plan is also the first in the nation to adopt a coordinated, place-based approach with a focus on equitable, transit-oriented development.
