Enterprise is excited to have been selected by the California Strategic Growth Council to provide technical assistance (TA) for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program (AHSC) for the upcoming rounds 6 and 7. The AHSC TA program provides both direct application services and capacity building support to prospective AHSC applicants across California with the ultimate goal of helping them achieve successful funding awards for affordable housing and sustainable transportation projects benefiting disadvantaged and low-income communities that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
This $1.4 million, two-year award will support a broad team of subject-matter experts in the fields of urban greening, climate resiliency, greenhouse gas reduction strategies, affordable housing development and& finance and community engagement to be led by Enterprise.
Enterprise has provided sought-after technical assistance since the AHSC program’s beginnings, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Strategic Growth Council, our team of technical service providers and the many applicants across California looking to fund innovative affordable housing developments that enhance neighborhood connectivity and advance the state’s climate goals.
