Avoiding the Domino Effect: Evaluating the Physical Conditions of Aging Permanent Supportive Housing

Enterprise will host a virtual event that will preview research on the conditions of permanent supportive housing (PSH) across Los Angeles. The webinar will discuss the detrimental domino effect that results from delaying funding and allowing PHS properties to deteriorate due to an accumulation of deferred maintenance, as well as opportunities to provide immediate support for these communities and their residents.
