On Nov. 14, Enterprise joined the grand opening celebration of Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing's 173-unit Gilliam Place, a faith-based development of the Arlington Presbyterian Church, in the heart of Columbia Pike Town Center.

TD Bank, through the TD Charitable Foundation, recently awarded CPDC $125,000 through the “Housing for Everyone” grant competition. The award will fund high-quality resident services at the Randle Hill community in Southeast.
Congratulations to Matt Locati of Terrex Development Corporation on the grand re-opening of Heritage Apartments in Duluth, Minnesota! The project will preserve 61 homes for seniors with Section 8 rental assistance making these homes affordable to all the residents.
