Celebrating the Grand Opening of New Shiloh Village Apartments
Enterprise congratulates Unity Properties and New Shiloh Community Development Corporation along with Enterprise Homes on the grand opening of New Shiloh Village Apartments in Baltimore! The development includes 73 new homes, of which 65 will be affordable to families and those with special needs.
Bon Secours Community Works and Bon Secours Baltimore Health System will provide services including education, financial services, employment training, health screenings and resident engagement activities to all residents. The building, which is certified green, is within one block of a bus stop, religious centers, a grocery and a YMCA.
Bank of America provided $14.4 million in construction financing. Permanent Financing included $2.00 million from Bellwether Enterprise, $1.35 million of Rental Housing Funds from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, $1.25 million from the Baltimore HOME program, $500,000 from the Affordable Housing Program, and $600,000 from Maryland’s Project CORE. Enterprise is pleased to provide $15.9 million of equity toward this community on behalf of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
