Celebrating the Financial Closing of Market Heights in San Francisco

Bernal Heights Housing Corporation, Devine & Gong, Inc. and Ridge Point Non-Profit Housing are celebrating the financial closing of Market Heights in San Francisco, California. The development will preserve and renovate 46 affordable homes for families.

In addition to updated homes, Bernal Heights will have a newly introduced playground and community room for resident engagement and events. The property has excellent access to transportation, community services, and retail.


Capital One is providing $17.5 million of Construction financing. Permanent financing includes a $12.5 million Freddie Mac forward tax exempt loan from Bellwether Enterprise. Enterprise is thrilled to provide $11.0 million of equity on behalf of Enterprise Housing Partners CalGreen V and VI Funds.
