Enterprise's Southern California team is compiling local, state and federal Covid-19 tools and resources for low-income housing and service providers, nonprofits, residents and small businesses. We will provide regular updates on this page and on social media. You can also follow Enterprise’s list of national resources and federal policy response.

Financial Aid Resources for Nonprofits

Resident Contagion and Sanitation
- Latest Public Health Information and Resources from the Los Angeles Department of Public Health, including:
- What should I do if a resident in my building is sick or showing symptoms?
- If anyone is showing symptoms, ask them to self-isolate, then have them call their healthcare provider. The healthcare provider will determine if they need to receive care, get a coronavirus test and/or self-isolate. If the person does not have a healthcare provider, call 211 for assistance.
- Online Portal for Free Coronavirus Testing any L.A. County resident with symptoms can use to schedule a test, with priority still given to symptomatic people with underlying health conditions and residents age 65 and over.

- Call-Em-All delivers personalized, informational, emergency text messages and phone calls fast—up to 500,000 people
- Rezility is a free mobile app that empowers users to engage with their communities
- Multi-Lingual Public Health Resources:
- View translations of the Latest Public Health Information and Resources by clicking the resource header from the Los Angeles Department of Public Health
- Covid-19 resources in many different languages from the Endangered Languages Project and American Public Health Association
- In-person engagement: If you or staff need to engage with residents in person, you must wear a mask, keep a six-foot distance between people and remember the virus can live on clothing, shoes, and hair. So, if you must come into close contact with someone change clothes and wash hands to prevent spread to others. For additional information, see the new Health Officer Order that extends the previous Health Officer Order through May 15, 2020.
Hiring Staff and Volunteers
- Employers with current job openings in the City and County of L.A. can complete a form on the L.A. Jobs Portal to have their organizations and openings listed on the L.A. Jobs Portal website and distributed to the mailing list
- VolunteerLA is a clearinghouse for Covid-19 nonprofit volunteer and resource needs in the City of L.A.; Organizations can complete this form to communicate specific needs.

- Homelessness Prevention Program provides financial assistance to individuals and families who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless from the Los Angeles Homeless Service Authority
- Tool to help tenants in the City and County of Los Angeles write a letter notifying their landlord if they are unable to pay rent due to Covid-19 by SAJE and JustFix
- Winter Shelter Program List updated in response to Covid-19 from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority

- LA Jobs Portal helps Angelenos find job opportunities and connect them to a repository of additional resources from the City of Los Angeles
- The Governor launched a new website that will match out-of-work Californians with critical jobs available statewide
- Crisis Response Guide for the Financially Vulnerable from LA Forward

- Gov. Newsom is encouraging people affected to apply for unemployment or disability
Food Security

- Free Meals for All Students (and now families) open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at schools throughout the City from the Los Angeles Unified School District, Red Cross and World Central Kitchen
- Map of sites offering free meal delivery to seniors from the City and County of Los Angeles
- Individuals can enroll in California’s Food Stamp Program by applying online here or by calling (866) 613-3777 from LA County Department of Public Social Services
