The development will use the Housing First service model and will provide 100 affordable homes designated for the most disabled and vulnerable homeless members of the community. DESC will provide day-to-day resident support through case management and individualized service plans.

Permanent financing includes $8.2 million from the City of Seattle, $1.5 million from the Washington Housing Trust Fund and $1.5 million from the King County Housing Trust Fund. Enterprise is thrilled to provide $15.8 million of equity towards the development of this significant development.
