Enterprise Community Loan Fund is proud to have been selected again to receive grant awards from the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund at the U.S. Treasury Department. The CDFI Fund promotes economic revitalization and community development by supporting CDFIs like the Loan Fund.

This year, Loan Fund received two awards:

  • $1.125 million Financial Assistance (FA) award, which will allow us to serve the hardest-to-reach communities, and
  • $3 million Healthy Foods Financing Initiative (HFFI) award, which we will use to continue supporting projects and businesses that expand access to fresh and healthy foods.

As Enterprise focuses on making well-designed homes affordable and connecting those homes to other critical assets such as good schools, jobs, transit and health care, the CDFI Program helps build our capacity to meet the lending needs of low-income communities. The Fiscal Year 2018 CDFI Program awards will provide more than $200 million in grants to 302 organizations nationwide.
