Celebrating the Grand Opening of Estelle Supportive Housing

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) is celebrating the grand opening of Estelle Supportive Housing in Seattle! The new housing-first development includes 91 homes for chronically homeless adults, including 15 homes for vulnerable patients at Harborview Medical Center. DESC, with support from Harborview Medical Center, offers housing paired with extensive individual services and case management created for the most disabled and vulnerable homeless members in the community. 


Bank of America Merrill Lynch provided $13.6 million of construction financing. Permanent financing included $4.6 million from the City of Seattle and $2.5 million from the Washington State Housing Trust Fund. Enterprise provided $16.8 million of equity toward this important development, on behalf of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
