Tina Hike-Hubbard is senior director of education for the Mid-Atlantic Market at Enterprise Community Partners. In her role, she is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive school/community reform and improvement efforts for Enterprise in Baltimore and across the country. Tina has worked for Enterprise Community Partners since 1997.
Tina has dedicated her entire career and volunteer service to improving the lives of children and families. She was selected as a Teach For America (TFA) Corps Member in 1994, and she served as a teacher in Baltimore, Maryland. Tina also worked with the TFA national team by serving as a faculty director and a school director during their Summer Institutes, supervising a professional development program for newly recruited teachers.
Tina’s boards service has included Baltimore Curriculum Project, Afya Public Charter School, Jubilee Baltimore CDC, Park Heights Renaissance CDC and St. Vincent De Paul Head Start. In addition to board service, she also served as the vice-chair of the Planned Parenthood of Maryland Board and the vice chair and co-chair for the Journey Home Board, working to end homelessness in Baltimore. Tina was appointed by Governor O’Malley and Mayor Rawlings-Blake to serve as a school board commissioner for the Baltimore City Public School System in 2010. She served two consecutive terms through 2017, and also served as board vice chair from 2015-2017. Tins was also named one of Maryland’s top 100 women by the Daily Record in 2015 and 2017, and she was honored to participate in the 2016 Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership program.
Tina has a B.S. in Government from Northwest Missouri State University and a M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
