As director of acquisitions for Enterprise Community Investment Inc., Scott Greenfield is responsible for originating new conventional equity investments that meet our dual objective of preserving affordable housing and generating strong financial returns. Scott is responsible for business development activities, including relationship-building with new and existing partners, assessment of multifamily preservation investments and supporting the eventual closing of investments in collaboration with the underwriting team.
Scott joined Enterprise in 2019 with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Enterprise, Scott worked on public finance housing bond investment banking with the National Housing Group at A.G. Edwards & Sons and M&A experience at Intel Capital. Scott has also held finance leadership roles at Intel Corporation, KinderCare Education and Nestlé Starbucks Coffee. Additionally, he has consulted for private senior housing developers and operators.
Scott received a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from Washington University in St. Louis. He received a bachelor’s degree with a dual concentration in government and international relations from Colby College in Maine.
