As vice president of design and construction for Enterprise Community Development, Inc., Rebecca brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the design and construction of each Enterprise community. Rebecca works with the development staff to coordinate project budget, schedule and scope; and works with the development staff to coordinate project budget, schedule and scope; and is responsible for product quality control from the schematic design stage through occupancy. At any point in time, she oversees approximately ten projects in various stages of development.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Rebecca worked as project manager for a large general contractor in the Baltimore region. Her construction portfolio includes both design-build and design-bid-build projects ranging from institutional and commercial to manufacturing and industrial, including new construction, additions and renovations.
As an experienced construction manager, Rebecca utilizes her expertise of the building process to ensure that each community design transitions well to the construction phase, is completed on time, and within budget. She works closely with a diverse team of architects, engineers and specialty
consultants to analyze every aspect of each project design, including all major systems, energy performance, and site design. She is also responsible for authorizing and updating the Enterprise Homes design specifications to deliver energy efficient, healthy, quality homes.
Rebecca has extensive green building experience and is responsible for ensuring Enterprise’s commitment to develop only holistic, energy efficient, sustainable communities. Since 2008, every Enterprise Homes development has been built to the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria. Rebecca attended Penn State University and serves as a member of the Green Communities Advisory Group.
