Priscilla is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate Banking at JP Morgan Chase, a national business that lends to and invests in community and economic development projects in underserved markets across the United States. In 2012, her team provided over $1.1 billion to finance the construction or rehab of housing units affordable to low-income families and seniors in cities in the United States. The team also facilitated over $900 million invested in economic development projects through New Markets Tax Credits, such as investments to build charter schools, health care clinics, food grocers, and manufacturing facilities. Priscilla also serves on the firm-wide Real Estate Council and is a member of the Investment Committee of the JPM Social Finance group.

Prior to joining Chase, she was the President and CEO of New York State's housing finance agencies. The agencies provide construction lending and permanent financing to private multi-family housing developers, as well as residential mortgages to first-time homebuyers, and offer project and primary mortgage insurance. Under her leadership, NYS was the largest issuer of state tax-exempt housing bonds in the country all three years of her tenure.  Prior to her government service, she spent 15 years at White & Case LLP, a global law firm with over 2,000 lawyers worldwide, where she was a corporate finance partner.

In 2007, she was named on of the “100 Most Influential Hispanics” in the United States by Hispanic Business, and in 2009 Columbia Law School honored her as one of their distinguished alumni.

Priscilla is based in New York.
