Jana King is senior manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In this newly created role, Jana will support the development and implementation of an organization-wide DEI strategy, serve as a partner to the Enterprise Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DEIC) and lead efforts to continue the evolution of our affinity and employee resource groups. She will also shape the development and delivery of DEI resources and programming intended to create safe spaces for listening, learning, collaboration and recognition.
Jana joined Enterprise in 2014 as the office operations manager in New York. She was later promoted to senior office operations manager. In addition to managing the operational aspects of the office and coordinating budget and event management across multiple programs, Jana created and led many of the DEI initiatives in the New York office, and also served on the DEIC.
Jana brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in market research, HR and operations to this role. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2014, she was the director of talent recruitment at L’Oréal. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Marymount College and a master’s in counseling from Hunter College.
