Mr. Senft manages a group responsible for pricing multifamily taxable and tax exempt loans, bond credit enhancements and guarantee fees on structured deals that has resulted in more than $5 billion in new business annually. He took this position hoping to make an impact in affordable housing through sound investment and creativity. Prior to taking over the portfolio pricing group, Mr. Senft was responsible for managing interest rate risk and monitoring credit risk of the multifamily held-for-investment portfolio that was as high as $40 billion in 2014. He has worked at Freddie Mac since 1995, and his prior roles included valuation, hedging, costing, and model development. Mr. Senft graduated from the University of Maryland with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance & Economics and holds a M.S. in Finance from the University of Baltimore. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
