Christi Smith

Director, Programs

Christi Smith is the director of Rocky Mountain programs at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, she leads the team's work in Colorado and oversees the Wells Fargo Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge, a $40 million initiative supporting the development and scalability of new innovations and approaches to address the nation's affordable housing crisis.  

Prior to joining Enterprise, Christi was vice president of strategy and communications for Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), a Denver-based nonprofit real estate organization. In her nine years with ULC, she was a leader in strengthening the internal and external operations as well as the management and creation of ULC impact investments and creative financing strategies. Christi was responsible for ensuring the growth of ULC aligned with the mission and strategic framework, as well as oversight for all special projects, fundraising and communication efforts.  

Christi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and serves on the board of Radian and on the advisory board for CHFA's Colorado Growth and Revitalization Fund.
