Anthony Bridgewater is program associate in Enterprise’s Seattle office, where he will implement the Home & Hope initiative, including project managing due diligence and conceptual work on high priority public and tax-exempt sites; facilitating collaboration between housing and early childhood education partners; and supporting our equitable transit-oriented development efforts.
Anthony joins Enterprise from the University of Cincinnati, where he had been working as a researcher at the UC Economics Center and recently completed a master’s in community planning with a certificate in real estate. While there, he led student development teams that won the CoreNet Global Academic Challenge and became a semifinalist in the 2017 HUD Innovation in Affordable Housing Competition. Prior to his graduate studies, Anthony was a town planner at the Ministry of Planning and Development for Trinidad and Tobago.
