Allison is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in advancing business outcomes for leading brands around the globe. As Chief Marketing Officer, Allison leads a team charged with telling powerful stories, analyzing data and transforming insights into creative business strategies that enhance donor and partner relationships and advance Enterprise’s mission. Previously, as a senior leader at Omnicom’s business communications firm Doremus, Allison oversaw client engagements across the globe and brought insight into the complex business challenges of companies across a range of sectors.
Allison held senior positions at leading advertising and communications firms, including Ogilvy, Y&R and Wunderman, working on iconic brands such as American Express, Johnson & Johnson and AT&T. She has led successful marketing strategies for issue-awareness campaigns throughout her career and worked extensively with nonprofit organizations, including Good360, CFA Institute and Underwriters Laboratories.
Allison, a New York native, holds an M.B.A. from New York University and received her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and French from Mount Holyoke College. She serves on several nonprofit boards, including ANA Business Marketing of New York and Make Room, an organization dedicated to ending the rental housing crisis in America. She was a longtime Board member of Plan International USA, working in more than 50 developing countries to end gender inequality and poverty. Allison lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and has two college-age daughters who have taught her more than any of her degrees.
