Two Enterprise Homes, Inc., Developments Awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits

Metro Heights at Mondawmin will feature 70 homes for families.

Two Enterprise Homes, Inc., developments were awarded 9 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. Both of these mixed-income developments will be built in Baltimore City.New Shiloh Village Family Apartments, which Enterprise Homes is co-developing in partnership with New Shiloh Baptist Church CDC and Unity Properties/Bon Secours, will consist of 73 homes.         

Metro Heights at Mondawmin will feature 70 homes for families.

A total of 32 applications were submitted to the State for funding in the fall round.Enterprise Homes communities comprise over 6,000 homes and rental residences throughout the mid-Atlantic region for families and seniors.
