• Does your customer have the ability to do the work required?
• Does your customer's personality fit the company culture?
• Will the employer believe your customer is trustworthy, dependable and intends to stay with company a reasonable time?
• Does your customer match the company image in dress, hygiene, speaking voice, language, etc.?
• Does your customer share similar goals or motivation with the company?
