The initial round of the 2008 MetLife Awards is closed.

Selection of Semifinalists
If you are a semifinalist, Enterprise will contact you by May 30th and request the following information, due no later than June 13th:

  • Narrative information on the project.
  • Most recent annual report, including a list of the organization's board of directors
  • A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) IRS tax exemption determination letter
  • Most recent audited financial statements for organization (and property if separate)
  • Current-year's actual financials for organization and property
  • Complete or typical schematic floor plans and elevations for the property showing the scale-legible drawings with all areas clearly labeled on 8 ½" by 11" or 11" x 17" paper. Drawings should include the following: site plan, ground floor plan, typical floor plan and typical unit plan. Please reduce blueprints to the size requested.
  • Any written plans and procedures for marketing, management, resident participation, resident services and capital replacements
  • Tenant rules and regulations and/or policies (if applicable)
  • Any forms and checklists used for routine and preventive maintenance
  • Any other relevant printed materials an applicant wishes to send that are pertinent to the project and its asset management systems, such as brochures, newspaper clippings, or survey findings on resident needs, or resident satisfaction.
