The 2008 JPMorgan Chase Community Development Competition was held in New Orleans. This real world learning experience gives a team of students an opportunity to partner with a New Orleans nonprofit organization to develop a real estate project that is feasible, sustainable, and helps to build and strengthen the local community.

2009 Chase Community Development Competition
Chase and Enterprise are excited to announce the extension of the 2009 Chase Community Development Competition in New Orleans. In order to give colleges and universities across the country a greater opportunity to participate in this innovative competition, the new deadline for submissions has been extended to the 2009 fall semester. Any project completed during the 2009 academic school year will be eligible to compete.

We hope the new timeline will encourage you to make this project a collaborative effort between the team and nonprofit as well as any local partners. The competition is an exciting opportunity for a real world learning experience to develop a real estate project that will help contribute to the city's redevelopment.

If a team would like to complete its project during the spring semester or if there are any questions, please contact Monica Gonzalez at 504.821.7245 or mgonzalez@enterprisecommunity.org
