Enterprise Dallas is working with the Dallas Housing Authority and other stakeholders to redevelop one of Dallas' worst housing projects, Frazier Courts, into a mixed-income community of 356 attractive single-family homes, townhomes and apartments. The project has ignited a broader vision for the neighborhood and garnered support from city officials, the business community and residents. Over the next five years, community leaders and advocates will work to expand redevelopment efforts to a two-square mile area adjacent to Frazier Courts.
