Vacation entitlement is based on years of service. During the first year an employee receives up to 10 days of paid vacation (prorated, based on date of hire). Employees receive 15 days their second year and 20 days after three years. A maximum of five days may be carried over from one calendar year to the next.
Personal leave allows employees to attend to matters of personal importance during normal working hours. Employees are allowed up to two personal days per year. Personal leave does not accrue from year-to-year.
Enterprise allows their full-time employees up to 10 days off for illness annually. Sick leave may also be used to care for an immediate family member’s illness. Sick leave does not accrue from year-to-year.
Employees receive 10 company paid holidays each year.
