Robin Hyerstay is vice president of capital markets with Enterprise Community Investment. In this role, he raises capital for low-income housing tax credit investments that are syndicated by Enterprise. Prior to this position, he was senior director with Enterprise Community Partners, where he was responsible for regional planning and knowledge sharing. In addition, he was the deputy director for the Enterprise Los Angeles office, directing grant making and affordable housing technical assistance and training programs throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.
Formerly, Hyerstay was with The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, where he managed the Community Lending Programs, including the Affordable Housing Program. During his 14 years at the bank, he participated in the development of over 15,000 units of housing. Prior to working with the Affordable Housing Program, he was the asset/liability manager for the Bank. Hyerstay also founded and directed Financial Advisory Services, a subsidiary that managed investment portfolios for regional banks in eight Western states.
Hyerstay has an MBA in finance from New York University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
