Petra Montague is vice president of grants and contracts Management.  As vice president, Petra brings over 20+ years of complex and high-level experience in programmatic implementation, project status reporting, financial tracking of federally funded programs, subgrantees monitoring and compliance training for staff and subgrantees. She has developed, designed and implemented systems and procedures that ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.

Additionally, Petra has researched federal regulations and waivers related to disaster recovery funds from multiple federal agencies in response to Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Superstorm Sandy. She collaborated with state and local officials, HUD staff and Enterprise staff to create a loan fund dedicated to the recovery of the Gulf’s affordable housing stock and recovery programs responding to the effects of Superstorm Sandy in the Northeast.

Petra joined Enterprise in 1998 as the first administrator of federal contracts. In 2001, she became a director, was named a senior director in 2006 and vice president in 2010. Prior to joining Enterprise, she served as the administrator of all HUD contracts from proposal development to contract closeout for Aspen Systems Corporation.

Petra is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Grants Management Association.
