As a director for Enterprise Community Investment Inc., Lianna Petroski assists in the oversight of the Enterprise Multifamily Opportunity Fund conventional equity program. Lianna supports raising, structuring and managing of equity funds, as well as originating, underwriting and closing equity investments.
Lianna has been with Enterprise since 2011. Previously, she was a senior underwriter and associate originator where she was responsible for underwriting, closing and coordinating investor approval of multifamily housing transactions using federal and state Low-income Housing and Historic Tax Credits, as well as assisting with acquisitions and managing relationships with developer partners. In this role she closed transactions with a total of more than $225 million in LIHTC equity.
Before joining Enterprise, Lianna spent seven years working for private developers of both affordable and market-rate housing. As a development director for an affordable housing developer, she closed eight transactions totaling more than $55 million in LIHTC equity.
Lianna received a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) degree from the Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy with a concentration in housing.
