A Recommended Approach to Resident Services
Organizations wishing to design or improve a resident services program must consider such issues as the size and configuration of the housing development, the level and types of services desired, the available funds and fundraising potential, and the mix of existing, quality services available off- or on-site. The steps outlined in this document are recommended for designing and implementing or improving a resident services program, and can be viewed as a cycle to be repeated when circumstances change from year to year.
